Food – Restaurant & Bar
We are also very excited to announce that Snap Dragon will set sail this Friday! Please visit and like our page to learn more about our nautically themed pub. Hours will be late afternoon until 9pm M-Th. and until 11pm during the weekends. We will keep our usual hours at Garden Deli which are 11-2 Monday – Saturday for lunch, and Thursday, Friday and Saturday 5-8pm for dinner. We will use the additional kitchen space to make our food and service even better at the Deli. Thank you very much for your support during the winter! We look forward to a great year with you!
The high winds we had March 15th brought down our willow. Thankfully, there was little damage to the restaurant itself. Several of our customers and friends have asked us to keep them posted about the cleanup and renovation of our deck after the willow tree fell. We will begin rebuilding the arbor next week. Crowder, Banks, and Associates are working on an attractive design that will preserve and enhance the existing wisteria. https://www.facebook.com/CrowderBanksAssociates
Some area artists have offered to create jewelry, coasters, and salad bowls from the trunk of the willow tree. Melanie Restall of Melanie’s Meadow will be handcrafting ornaments after the wood has dried. We will be selling her creations in the summer. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Melanies-Meadow/353861171358996 .
Ansel Ringler who does the cutting boards, trivets, and pizza peels we have for sale at the deli is making coasters. https://www.facebook.com/groups/180750758786144/ “I remember the willow!” will be our campaign slogan. Thank you all for the support during the cleanup and construction!
